FLEX CERAMIC ADHESIVE DESCRIPTION: Cement based ,resin fortified, polymer additive high performance Flex ceramic adhesive APPLICATION AREAS: Can be applied in interior and exterior places, for vertical & horizantal surfaces, as adhesive plaster for ceramic, granite and porcelaine ceramic, marble etch. materials. Can be applicable for dry and wet circumtances, cemend base mortar, concrete surfaces, bottom heated floor, high density traffic roads. Should be applied to the surface of the gysum plaster and plate after the spreading of Fixkim Gysum and concrete prime coat and when the milky appearance of the prime coat is disappeared , application should be started SPECIFICATION: Polymer additive material,water proof & resitant to freezing.Suitable for the places which has temperature deviation.It has high elasticity property and high performance. Can be used interior & exterior places & verticularly & horizontically.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Application surface should be purified from molding oil ,dust ,paint dust etch .. which prevent adherence
Surface cracks & holes should be covered by Fixkim repair mortar ,deformed plasters should be eliminated and moistured before application.
after the spreading of Fixkim Gysum and concrete prime coat by brush should be applied to the surface of the gysum plaster and plate and when the material is dried (appx. 24 hours) application should be started..

MORTAR PREPARATION & APLICATION: |
25 kg of Fixkim Ceramic and tile adhesive is mixed with 6-6,5 liters of water in a cup untill all nods are eliminated.Rest the mixture 5 min. To obtain homogenity to mix again for 2 min.and applied to the surface with 3-10 mm thickness.To spread the mixture by comb and ceramics & tiles are covered by using rubber mullet .For bigger than 33x33 cm ceramics should be adhered to double sides.

NOTIFICATION:

Empurity materials such as lime,cement , gysum should not be added to prepared motar.Expry date is extendad mortar shol not be used by mixing with water & dry mortar.ıt can be used for the materials (porcelain,ceramic,granite murble etch..)such as water absorption is <0,4 & >0,4
Canbe used for interior areas up to <2300 cm² & or exterior places covering areas up to < 1300 cm² ( 8 m height ).
For the wall covering areas at interior & exterior places should be less than <1650 cm² ( 4 m height )
For the light colour ceramics & tiles white colour FLEX CERAMIC ADHESIVE is recomended.
Should be adheree to the surface in 25 min for ideal application.
For more than 8 m height application addiional measurements should be taken.
For bottom heated floor system shoul be off at least 48 hrs before & be sure that system is cool
After adhesing of ceramic and tile, wait 24 hours for application of fuga Can not be applied to the frozen and direct sunlight exposed surfaces. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn.

STORAGE:
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open..
