FIXKIMPOR PLATE MORTAR DESCRIPTION: Cement base, high performance, resin & polymer additive polystyrene FIXKIMPOR plate mortar APPLICATION AREAS: Can be applied for covering FIXKIMPOR plates.. NOTIFICATION: Can not be added anything (Lime, Cement, Gypsum,Plaster etch) to mortar. Expired mortar can not be used. Depending on the atmospheric condition, Surface should be moistured periodically in 7 days after application to improve the strength of the mortar. Fixkimpor plate mortar should be protected to dry very fast. Can not be applied to the frozen surfaces. Can not be applied to the surfaces which are exposed sunlight for long time & do not breath, avoid skin and eye contact. Wash your eyes & hand with water if you contact.

APPLICATION:

25 kg. of FIXKIMPOR plate mortar is mixed with 6-6, 5 lt water in a container. Rest the mixture 5 min and mix it again 1-2 min. By using trowel the prepared mortar is spread approximately 3mm on the FIXKIMPOR plate. Fibre mesh is placed on it & embedded in mortar and second tear mortar (2 mm) is applied. Steel trowel is for surface finish. Do not use sponge for surface finish because it causes the weakening of the adherence and pollution.

STORAGE:
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the original cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
