FIXKIM LIGHT ALUM

DESCRIPTION:
Prepared alum which is cement base, easy applicable.

SPECIFICATIONS:
To save time & man power. In 7 hours it is suitable for pedestrian. Last layer coat is applied in 24 hours.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface should be strong & clean. It should be purified from dust , paint etch and material which decreases the adherent . Surface cracks & hols should be repaired by FIXKIM Repair Mortar and moistured before application. Before application, Fixkim gypsum and concrete prime coat is diluted by 50 % water addition. When the milky appearance of the prime coat is disappeared, FIXKIM ALUM is spreader.

APPLICATION:
50 kg. FIXKIM ALUM is added t 7-8 lt water and mixed. After than spreated on 2-5 thickness. After surface is solidified it should be polished mechanically.

NOTIFICATION:
Can not be added anything (Lime, Cement, Gypsum etch) to Fixkim alum. Expired fixkim alum can not be used. To obtain the maximum strength 24 hours after application it should be moistured periodically in 7 days. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided. Gloves should be worn.

STORAGE:
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the original cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.

CONSUMPTION:
For 1 mm thickness : 13 kg. /m²
