WATERPROOF FUGA GROUTING MATERIAL
DESCRIPTION: Cement based, high performance, water proof fuga grouting material.
SPECIFICATIONS: High resistant water proof and frozen, suitable for using at high temperature deviation places. It has high performance because of elasticity.
APPLICATION AREAS: Can be applied on interior and exterior places dry and wet circumferences vertically & horizontally for ceramic, granite, porcelain, marble and tile a grouting materials.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Space between ceramic and tiles should be purified from paint, dust, cement concrete disposal etch by using brush. If it is necessary fuga applied areas should be moistured before application.
APPLICATION: 20 kg. of fuga grouting material is added 4, 2 lt water in a cup mixed until all nods are eliminated. Rest the mixture 5 min and mix it again. Prepared paste is applied to the surfaces with steel tipped trowel. Fuga is cleaned after 1 hour by using wet sponge. For high performance 1 day later application surface should be moistured for 7 days.
NOTIFICATION: Can not be added anything (Lime, Cement, Gypsum etch) to fuga. Expired fuga can not be used. After adhesing of ceramic and tile, wait 24 hours for application of fuga Can not be applied to the frozen and direct sunlight exposed surfaces. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided. Gloves should be worn.
STORAGE: Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the original cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
