FİXKIM LAST LAYER PASTE DESCRIPTION: Cement base, polymer additive thin paste. SPECIFICATION: Surface is ready for painting without prime coat. APPLICATION: At the interior and exterior areas ıt is used to obtain finished smooth surface which is ready for painting of the surface of concrete,sponge applied plaster,gysum plaster and gysum plate. SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface should be tough & clean . Prufied from paint,dust etch materials which will decrease the adherance . Rough surfaces should be repaired by Fixkim repair mortar.Surface should be moistured before application. APPLICATION: 25 kg. FİXKIM LAST LAYER PASTE and 9 lt. water are put in a container. By using hand mixer is mixed necessary amount. Rest it 4 to 5 min. after than mix again to obtain homogeous mixture. Application thickness is 2-3 mm. For thicker applications wait for the solidification of first layer and than apply second layer. To obtain very smooth surface sand paper is used. for brutt concrete application fixkim prime coat (gysum, concrete) is spreaded on the surface. Wait 20 min. for aplication. NOTIFICATION: Can not be added anything (Lime,Cement ,Gysum etch ) to Fixkim alum. Expired fixkim alum can not be used. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Density : 1000 ± 100 kg/m³ CONSUMPTION
