FIXKIM GYPSUM PRIME COATING MATERIAL
DESCRIPTION: Polymer dispersion base ,mineral additive , gypsum plaster & cement base plaster prime coating material for brutt concrete surfaces , ceelings & walls PROPERTIES: Mineral additive, Polymer dispersion base, prime coating material is used before the application of cement base & gypsum plaster to the straight & smooth surfaces.Gypsum base plasers give reaction with cement surfaces and seprated from surface later.Excellent prime coating mateial is prepared to prevent the direct contact & for the formation of the adherence layer .It is mixed only with water.Application is so easy & improve the adherence .It prevents the quick absorbtion of the water of the plaster by base material. Prevents the suddenly formation of the drying cracks & increases the pot life.Never contains organic dissolvers. APPLICATION AREAS: It is used as a prime coating material before appliation of the gypsum & cement base plasters to the brutt concrete surfaces. SURFACE PREPARATION: Concrete & plaster surfaces should gotten the strength and should b cleaned from the impurties. If the surface is not clean and dusty shoul be washed by water or cleaned by wet sponge.Surface should be digged & cleaned from dirty materials & obtained strong & clean surfaces. MORTAR PREPARATION & APPLICATION: 15 kg. FIXKIM GYPSUM PRIME COATING MATERIAL and 5 kg water are put in a container and mixed till becomes homogeneous.Applied by using texture roll .Spreading density should be adjusted acording to the surface onditions.The surfaces which adherence risk is high ,consumption should be increased. NOTIFICATION: Application areas should be ventilated. During application occupational healt and safety system rules should be obeyed. Suitable working clothes & gloves, mask should be worn. STORAGE: Under the dry & humidity free circumference & preventing from frozn, in the originall cover Can be stocked 1year. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Density : 1,6 gr/cm³ CONSUMPTION
